CALL TO ORDER: Chairperson, Carolyn Taylor called the meeting to order at 5:20

ATTENDING: Joanna Brown, Kristen Fauber, Doreen Folzenlogen, , Mary Sampson, Will Story, and Doug Wilton also in attendance: Bette Dillehay , Library Director.

SUBJECT: Mathews Memorial Library
Proposed Budget FY 2013-2014

The Board had received a copy of the proposed budget for review prior to this special meeting . The Chairperson questioned the board members for statements and clarification regarding the budget. There being none, a motion was made to accepted the budget as presented by Ms. Dillehay, and forward it to the Board of Supervisors. The budget was accepted with a unanimous vote.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
